saturday morning I sprained my ankle so I’ve been staying off it, but I walked around yesterday and Saturday.

My boyfriend and I broke up tonight. We had been dating for 4 years. All week thinking about breaking up with him I’ve been really anxious which is why my intake’s have been severely lacking meals - I’ve had no appetite. I also cant wake up in the morning so I haven’t been going to the gym as much.
