saturday morning I sprained my ankle so I’ve been staying off it, but I walked around yesterday and Saturday. 

This morning I did my commute, which is 2 miles walking

40 minutes on the treadmill, alternated running and walking for 30 (ran for the first time in months and did an 8 and a half minute mile!!!), the walking was between an 8 and 15% incline, then did sideways shuffles for 9 minutes.

My boyfriend and I broke up tonight. We had been dating for 4 years. All week thinking about breaking up with him I’ve been really anxious which is why my intake’s have been severely lacking meals - I’ve had no appetite. I also cant wake up in the morning so I haven’t been going to the gym as much.
