What it is, is that I need to lose weight around my core area. Im working out 4 times a week for 2 hours. (switching it up with the Wii (Biggest Loser), Shiva Rae Yoga, Cardio - tradmill, crosstrainer, Situps at least 200 a day Im 5"11 and 231 pounds. I really want a toned figure (including a flat tummy!)

Thanks doll! I’m so happy it keeps you motivated because truly, staying motivated is a huge part of success! What you have so far is a wonderful start! However, I would recommend having your workouts be an hour, hour and a half, and then do them more than 4 times a week, aim for 5-6 and do yoga on your rest days with a brisk 15-20 minute walk before hand. Aim for 45-60 minutes of cardio daily and then 30 minutes of strength training. Add some weights to your routine, that really helps in sculpting your body and raising your metabolism. Also, depending on how long you have been doing your routine, your body may be used to those exercises, so try adding something new one or two days a week! Also, make sure you are working all the levels of your abs through different kinds of ab exercises. 

In addition, what you are eating makes SUCH a difference so make sure you are getting plenty of veggies, lean proteins, fruits, complex carbs, and HEALTHY fats in moderation.

Anyways, I meant to ask, that if I play tennis for an hour, 90 degree weather, less effort due to the heat. Will it be the same as playing tennis for an hour in 60 degree weather but more effort? Is it still effective when I exercise with very little effort in the heat? I don't like overworking myself because I'm afraid of getting an asthma attack or something.

Keep a lot of water handy when working out outside and more frequent breaks :) I dont know specifically the answer to your question, but I do know that you burn more calories when you are working out in a hot room/area.

Could you try working out in the morning or evening so it is not super hot outside?

It is good that you are exercising! Def add strength traiing to your routine, you may gain weight in muscle plus you will just be healthier over all. If you can up your caloric intake at all try to do that if you are gaining weight but as long as you are in the healthy range, then I wouldnt worry about it.

DEF NOT, that also sounds like it could be a little much for maintaing. Maybe try less walking and more strength training or yoga to ensure that you have muscle tone! As long as you are staying vegan for health reasons or moral reasons that is good, but if it is to lose weight that you can maybe have a cheat day or be a little more lax, because from your proposed routine you may continue to lose.

omg that sounds horrible! I hope you’re ok. Keep icing it and elevating it that should help. For cardio you can try cycling or the elliptical. Try the crew machine (erg), and also swimming would be the easiest probably! Also, you can probs cut your cardio and increase your strength training and just be super careful eating wise and your body should stay in check. Good luck with everything and I hope you feel better!

I go to this site called loseit.com & it helps you count your calories, which basically just makes you aware of what you're eating.
I also run three or four times a week, which helps a lot too. And, I'm not starving, at all. So, it's nice. :]

Hi Darling! That is not fun, I am sorry. Is there any way you can hang out with people for as long as possible? If that does not work, chew gum or use crest white strips when you feel a binge coming on. Also drink lots and lots and lots of water so that fills up your tummy. 

Do you deprive yourself a lot during the day? If so that could be a contributing factor. Also, DO NOT buy unhealthy food if you think you will be tempted to binge. And try to identify how you are feeling when you feel like binging, and maybe try to journal to overcome some of the emotional aspects of it.
