french onion soup - snack
dinner: piece of sourdough with mussels, two slices of teeny pizza with chicken sausage, red onion and roasted red pepper (12 inch pizza cut into 8 slices)
two glasses of shiraz
I feel so sick :( I think its because I ate white carbs, which I try not to do, but I was at a goodbye dinner ahhhh

Intake so far
Breakfast: weight control oatmeal - maple and brown sugar
snack: small apple and cliff bar
lunch: the sauteed veggies I made for dinner with sriracha, lite cheddar cheese and avocado
snack: teensy handfull of frozen corn (sounds weird, but its really good), carrots and a little hummus
I AM IN JEANS THAT HAVE NOT FIT FOR MONTHS, really excited, had to say it again

1. Choose GOOD CARBS not BAD/NO CARBS. Good = Complex; Bad = Simple.
Complex Carbs: brown rice, spinach, multi-grain bread, potatoes, lentils. Simple Carbs: all baked goods with white flour, corn syrup, table sugar.
2. Eat enough protein every day. (Meat not needed!)

Did a cardio dance class at the gym for the first time today, I really didnt like it! It was good to try, and now I know, but because we were learning a dance routine I feel like my muscles were worked out unevenly. However, I was super sweaty so I burned lots of calories
