french onion soup - snack dinner: piece of sourdough with mussels, two slices of teeny pizza with chicken sausage, red onion and roasted red pepper (12 inch pizza cut into 8 slices) two glasses of shiraz I feel so sick :( I think its because I ate white carbs, which I try not to do, but I was at a goodbye dinner ahhhh

Breakfast: weight control oatmeal - maple and brown sugar snack: small apple and cliff bar lunch: the sauteed veggies I made for dinner with sriracha, lite cheddar cheese and avocado snack: teensy handfull of frozen corn (sounds weird, but its really good), carrots and a little hummus I AM IN JEANS THAT HAVE NOT FIT FOR MONTHS, really excited, had to say it again
